General Rules
Non-smoking accommodation: Smoking is not permitted in any area of the apartment.
Parties and events: Out of consideration for other residents and the neighborhood, parties and large gatherings are not allowed.
Quiet Hours
Please respect the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.
Pets
Pets are welcome upon prior request. Additional fees may apply.
Safety
Fire extinguishers and smoke detectors are installed throughout the apartment.
Access to the apartment is secured by key.
Special Notes
This accommodation is privately managed; therefore, EU consumer protection laws for commercial hosts may not apply.
Guests under the age of 18 may only check in when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
